Contestants must provide their name /age/legal mailing address /telephone # / email address/

Contestants will be chosen by blind draw to participate in each  category

Waivers will be handed out day of contest and all participants must sign an injury release  waiver release in order to be allowed to compete in the Canei Give Move and Groove national dance contest, supporting the arts and education globally.
